Crescent Processing Company Complaints in a nutshell

Some are complaining that the Crescent Company is a business steeped in calumny and dishonesty. The truth of the matter is, these issues have arisen from the ignorance of some people regarding regulations regarding this business. Before accepting accusations or complaints, it is best to investigate the story to see if these claims are even true.

First and foremost an individual who acts as marketer to their business receives a free Dell machine. The laptop is important since agents need to show visual presentations and videos to their prospective clients. They also have to access a program that is needed for recording details of interaction with potential clients.

Moreover, the laptop lets the sales representative process the transaction immediately. It is not a secret that a 0 guarantee should be paid by the salesperson to the company. The laptop is essentially free, and the 0 is a sort of collateral for its use.

Essentially, salespersons are not all allowed to use their personal laptops to record their dealings and perform demos. It has been made clear from the start that a Crescent representative is forbidden from using their own electronic devices for presentations and documentations. This amount will be deducted on the first few sales that the sales agent earns.

Yet, some still allege that it is to pay for the Dell device. To repeat, it is a surety bond that the laptop will be used accordingly. The agent does not have to pay for anything as this money comes back to him if he ends his contract with Crescent.

Agents who signed up are given a directory of people and businesses that they could offer Crescent's services to. This is a copy of names and offices that a marketer should be able to transact with. These are scheduled meetings that need confirmation from the concerned people found on the list.

What's wrong with this is that these leads are ineffectual. Now, these list of names are only beneficial if the salesperson puts it to good use, which means that they have to perform their duties as a person selling a product or a service. Of course, a bad presentation can result to the client to reject the proposal for that matter.

The giving of sales leads can be considered as an extra mile for the company to help agents get a deal. It's common knowledge that it is the agent's job to look for his own prospects. Where else can you find another company with a regard for their salesperson's time and efforts?

Additionally they are accused of suppressing the flow of assets from the merchant. What Crescent does is that it makes sure that there are no fraudulent dealings within the system, either from the consumer or the seller. Should something be amiss, Crescent contacts the seller and asks for an authentication of the dealings they have made with a specific client.

Obviously, the Crescent Processing Company complaints mentioned above are the result of misunderstandings of the policies and protocol of the company. The allegations coming from false information are simply not true. As such, always do your research before being swayed by groundless claims.
